Your Right to Data Deletion

At Agentix, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our AI automation platform.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to all your workflows, configurations, and historical data. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Self-Service Deletion

If you have an active account:

  1. Log into your Agentix account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Privacy & Data"
  4. Select "Delete Account and Data"
  5. Confirm your request

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@agentix.lt with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your full name and email address
  • Account username or ID (if known)
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted
  • Any specific data you want to preserve (if applicable)

Method 3: Contact Form

Use our contact form at www.agentix.lt/contact and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject.

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests:

  • Immediate: Account access is disabled
  • 24-48 hours: Primary data deletion begins
  • 7 days: Most data is permanently deleted
  • 30 days: Backup systems are cleared
  • 90 days: Complete data removal confirmed
